My first vlog post for my new channel 2015 is now on! How to put a bmx cruiser in a DK golf bike flight bag | Dinny Zerge Bmx cruiser Vlog – Episode 1

  • Yesterday I did the last two tattoos for my project

Yesterday I did the last two tattoos (what I know of) for my project! Here is the result in a semi vlog.

Right now I’m working a lot with the graphics for me as a brand and for the blog. I also in contact with some companies about sponsorship, I really hope I manage to collect the remaining $2500 that I need to be able to ride all the races I’m dreaming of!

Other than this I’m cycling and gymming hardcore!

  • My bmx racing showreel 2014 is on Next Level BMX

Just got my bmx racing showreel 2014 on Next Level BMX .

Next level is a website by E.J. Dorrian where people can go in order to see the latest and greatest BMX racing video content from around the web. Go and have a look and make sure you follow it!

Here is a piece of what he wrote in the post:

We all know how hard it can be to get a sponsor to support your racing. Dinny Zerge is in the over 30 years old age bracket and going through that struggle, but instead of complaining he’s doing something about it for himself. I’ve seen a few crowdfunding efforts in BMX, but this one is serious. For your donation of $200, you can ride with Dinny forever and get your name tattooed on his arm. He’s raised almost $1700 which is already helping him get to the first race in Belgium.

  • This new year started with a street session in Berget

This new year started with a street session in Berget with Johan Dewrang, Filip Svanberg and Oskar Kindbom. I have put together a cruiser for street riding since I’ve I wanna do some harder riding and don’t want to be afraid of dropping the bike in the concrete. The bike felt really smooth but a little too long for my tasted, but it did what I wanted. I pulled 180s, manuals and smaller transfers. Now when I got this bike I will ride more of this. Johan, who have supported me with 10h of PT-time had me do some curve training and some sprints. Curve training was really cool and was all about getting close and tight.

Yesterday I went to the track in Kungsbacka. 7 people were there in the cold, but the weather were beautiful. It was a fun ride and I mostly played with my technique to find out what I can do different.

No it’s time to hit the gym!

  • Happy new year folks!

    Happy new year folks!

This year has been a chill year of bmx racing. Sure I’ve been winning and my shape “off the bike” is pretty good but I still feel that my riding isn’t where I wished it to be, so that will be something I take with me into season 2015. Other than that I feel awesome! For season 2015, I got some great things to look forward to.

    • Thanks to my dwbtoftshit! project I’m going to Zolder, Belgium in April, dope! Hope I will get some more financial help to ride the rest of the races. I’m talking to companies now and will contact more in the next couple of months. I never give up… Do you have any tips or know someone which like to be interested in supporting my journey just contact me!
    • Then I have all the Swe Cup races. SM, Succe Cup, Landspokalen and so on.. Damn I’m longing for it all to start!
    • It will also be so much fun to start the video blog next year, doing races and stuff.

There is a lot more happening and it will be posted here very soon! So happy new year and thank you all for supporting and reading this blog. <3

  • 30 days of crowdfunding makes you tired and exhausted 🙂

This is true, but I’m so happy I did it. Honestly this campaign have made me stronger as a person how corny it may sounds.

The campaign “Don’t wanna be too old for this shit!” ended at 17% and I raised $1794, this is more than I thought I would get.
I felt that I just had to do this! Otherwise I can’t do what I’m dreaming of and I can’t take a “NO” for a answer now!  And I must say that I did good. This campaign will take me to the first race in Belgium and maybe the second one in France, I have to check the prices now when I book the flights and hotels. This is so awesome.

The funniest thing with the campaign was that 4 people actually bought tattoos with their name on my arm, crazy fun! The thing I’m disappointed about is that I didn’t manage to get as many companies as I wanted. I really, really tried… And I will continue with this now after the campaign, I got some leads and if someone of you, readers, have any tips on companies please contact!

Thank you for all the support folks, I’m so stocked to have this many great people around me!

If you want se the result and history of the project you can go to the campaign site and see it http://igg.me/at/dinny. And if you missed my campaign and still want to support or claim a offer you can do it here. http://dinny.se/Support-Dinny-Zerge

  • Just got the gold medal from this years Swedish Championship in my mailbox!

It feels awesome to have one of this on my wall… Time to hit the gym and work up the form to next years season! Damn I love Bmx… Damn…

  • Two new tattoos for my campaign

Today I did two tattoos for my campaign contributors Emil and Outi, check out when I made them at the zoo tattoo studio above! Once again thank you so much for supporting my Bmx Racing Crowdfunding project Emil and Outi and all you others who have claimed something at my project site on indiegogo.

The offer that they claimed above is the “Sailorman hearts” which includes a tattoo with your name in a heart + a video blog from the tattoo studio when I’m doing the tattoo!

There are 18 tattoo spots out of 20 available. Just do it, claim one, I say 😉

After this stressful day, it was really nice to finish it off with a hard work out at the gym!

  • My bmx racing crowdfunding project Don’t wanna be too old for this shit! Is growing good and I’m stocked
