  • Plan my upcoming training

    Just as I’d thought, after the last competition there were a virus waiting to break out. So this week there have been no training besides at-home yoga. The timing was nice cause I’m in the last week of work before vacation and my body needed a few days off!

    Got some time to plan my upcoming training and I’m stoked to get on them! As you see in the picture, I have also received my national shirt  which I’ll use in international races!

    Tomorrow me and my girlfriend Evelina take the plane to London to watch Eminem, a nice start on the vacation, ciao!

  • I’m the swedish champion in bmx cruiser racing cruiser

    Today I became the swedish champion in bmx cruiser racing, 25 to 34 class. So stoked!

    The day started really fun at the house where we were staying. Hanging around the younger elite riders brings a lot of laughs. At the track I had a rough day. My legs were out of shape and I felt a lot weaker than usual, maybe I’m getting the flue or something. Anyhow I managed to get the victory but it wasn’t easy!

    Now, sitting here in front of the computer It feels kinda unreal to get this victory, I’m in the clouds, this is my greatest win so far! <3

  • Round 2 of Swe Cup

    Round 2 of Swe Cup was this sunday and I haven’t had time to write til now. From the moment I woke up I felt great. My body was in good shape even though I’d raced the day before.

    In the first heat race I won pretty easily. In the second I got a bad start and had a rider in front of me that went sick sack all over the track so I couldn’t pass. But any how, I was so much faster, even with my foot clicked out of the pedal and on third straight I had more speed and managed to get closer to him anyway, thats good to know! Third heat I won once again.

    In the main I was really pumped and focused after the frustrated heat 2 and I did what I should and took the first place, so I had a jackpot-weekend, I’m so happy! Two rounds down, Six to go!

    Now it’s time to prep for next weekend’s big race in Ängelholm, The Swedish Championship!

    Round 1 of Swe Cup in Älvsjö started really good with three heat wins and first place in the main. Everything felt good, my starts, flow and even my timing sometimes 😉

    In 4 hours it’s time for round 2 of this lovely cup…

  • Heading towards Älvsjö, Stockholm for some Bmx Raing

    With newly polished bike we´re now heading towards Stockholm for this weekend´s races in Älvsjö. The beginning of Swe Cup starts now, yaaaay!!!

  • Training with the kids

    I had a great week with a lot of riding and some gyming! On tuesday’s practice I joined the younger groups training, it’s more jumping and technical training among these kids, I really enjoyed that, will join them more from now on!

    Yes, it’s now just one week til the first Swedish Cup in bmx racing starts and I’m really stoked, it’s gonna be awesome to race that again. Hope there will be many riders. The first race is at the track in Älvsjö, Stockholm, a small technical track with lots of fun stuff to ride!

  • Standard byke Strider 12″

    My son Penn got his first bmx racing bike today! This 2014 Strider 12″ Sport is a semi clone of my bike styled with Standard byke, Renthal and Elevn stickers to match my lovely cruiser ride!

    Yes he’s too young to ride it yet, only 8 months but meanwhile he can use it as something to chew on 🙂

  • Day 3, Succé Cup Gressvik, last day of the cup

    The track was really fun but my body was sorer than yesterday and my legs even more so. After the first corner I couldn’t get more power from my legs and I felt really weak, three days of racing is taking its toll.

    In the heats I came in 2nd, 2nd and 6th.

    In the last heat I crashed once again when I tried to get by Kjell Nordmark. In a double jump, on the second straight, a manual went wrong and my rear wheel went out of control. I flew hard to the ground. Afterwards I visited the paramedics and got some patches and an ice bag for my ribs and wrists, I was sure that nothing was broken and that I could ride the final.

    In the final I had one goal, to stay on two wheels and get the 3th place, that would at least get me to the podium, and so I did. A clean, no attac, race ended the cup this year and I’m satisfied with the third place overall.

    Thank you Gressvik Bmx, Moss Bmx, Råde Bmx and Norway for a great Succé Cup, it was awesome and I sure will come back next year!

  • Day 2, Succé Cup Råde:

    Was a little bit sore yesterday but did my heats pretty well, two first places and one second place after Kjell Nordmark who I had a ruff time with 🙂

    As you see in the movie I tried to get by him on the inside again but didn’t manage so I had to turn down in the corner and another rider hit me in the side and I was out and finished in a 8th place. Behind in point I’m now starting the last day of the Cup in third position, 4 points after.
