Had a soft training session today with gates and very short speed intervals. My gates are really getting better now! #pepp
Todays practise was average, my goal was to jump one of the doubles but I didnt have the feel for it. I tried out a new gate technique that Fredrik showed me, that felt good, I tried to focus more on the sound than the lights! Need to have more focus next practise.
