Last week I had the most success at the gym. I also had some time to plan my training for the next months, looking good but I got to find more exercises and variations… Yeah, I hope that this week will bring a lot of fun riding…

Keep up the rhythm of my riding
Went to the track for 45 minutes today just to keep up the rhythm of my riding, everything felt good! Noticed that everything felt much easier now when my body has rested for 8 days and not as stiff as it usually is when I’m in more or less constant training. Maybe something to think about in the future 😉
This week I became a daddy to this little boy
This week I became a daddy to this little boy, his name is Penn! I’m so happy and it feels awesome! Due to this little baby this weeks training schedule is a little bit of the path, see you next week, track 😉
Basic manuals in the whoop section, damn I love bmx
Went to the track for an hour today and the weather was windy and fun. Unfortunately I was alone so I couldn’t ride as hard as I wanted so I had a chill pump session and ended this with some basic manuals in the whoop section. #damnIlovebmx
Just some free riding
This week so far I´ve had one really super great workout at the gym and 2 bmx session at the track with no focus on progress just free riding. I’m getting to know the bike better and better now and it feels awesome!
Did some jump with my new frame
Went to the track for 2h yesterday and did some jump training with my new frame. It felt a lot different but after 4-5 jumps I felt that the bike was easier to stair in the air than before so that made me really happy! Go standard!
Finally got my new frame, a Standard Byke 125-RC 24″ Cruiser Frame
Finally got my new frame, Standard Byke 125-RC 24″ Cruiser Frame and it was cleaner and slimmer than I could’ve imagined!
This week has been a hustle, getting all parts together made me miss two practice sessions but it was worth it even though I’ve been stressed like a bee, but now I’m done!

To ride this frame was a pure pleasure! The first thing I felt was that the back, chain stay, was shorter than my old frame and that feeling was pretty different in a good way, tighter riding. I nailed my first manuals over the pump section in Kungsbacka, first try. After a few tries I noticed that I had more space to go deeper with my back, my rear wheel didn’t hit me in the back as much as before. It got dark pretty fast so I didn’t get a chance to hit some jumps so I’m planning to do this tomorrow instead. The story about the new bike will continue…

New light parts
Made some smaller purchases this week.
One really slim nameless seat post clamp, weight: 10 grams! Then I bought a pair of Shimano Deore brakes and some all black headset spacers. The breaks were a little bit too heavy for my taste but they work nicely.
Now it´s time for some sleep, tomorrow is Hot Moyo Day, whooho new week!
Riding, gyming and irritating wind
This Tuesday I went to the track for a session in hard rain and irritating wind :). But it was fun trying to manual and jump in these conditions, so many failures.
Wednesday morning i went to the gym and worked my legs and back and finished this with some sauna, yes! Since last week I’ve been trying a protein, “Sun Warrior, Warrior Blend, Raw Protein, Vanilla”, that I got recommended from another bmxer and friend, Björn Berglund aka Sunday Racer, it taste nice and i hope it will make me a little bit stronger and alert.
Thursday we had training at Kungsbacka and it was awesome, this training I just focused on jumping . Once again I managed to get rid of a goal I had, I jumped a small tricky step up that I’ve honestly been afraid of for a while, so that was so nice to pull…
Today me and Fredrik Johansson went to Lerum for a session that ended in 2.5h of really fun riding including all kind of technique stuff. I managed to do one and a half really big wheelie over a large double, that made my day! I also tried a new thing, wheelie tap to jump, that was super fun to do. Its really fun and motivating to ride with a good rider as Fredrik.
