  • Garmin Forerunner 305

Borrowed a watch and heart rate monitor Garmin Forerunner 305 for the weekend of my friend Jesper who recently became a father, congrats again buddy.

Driving with the heart rate monitor was really fun and the plan was to determine the resting heart rate, maximum heart rate and see what zones I should be in. So right now I run different workouts to test this. Think I’ll try to get myself  a own watch in the future so that I can check how things are going.

Yes, and now it’s 6 days until the next race which is in Ängelholm, Swe Cup 3 & 4 #pepp #pepp, so for now I will put my body in charge mode.

  • Knee pads by G-Form

Been riding with a new pair of knee pads by G-Form for two weeks . I already use their elbow pads and love them. They are lightweight, tight and neat, just as I like them! The only problem I had with the G-form elbow pads is that they stretched out a bit so I had to sew them in. But after that I’m fully satisfied, I have crashed two times with them and they hold up nice!

  • A street session with my son

Had a street session with my son yesterday. We went out with our black Standard Byke bikes and had a really sweet afternoon. Penn, 9 months old, seemed to like it too, he had a smile on his face most of the time 🙂

Another fun thing was that I have never jumped up on a picnic table with a cruiser bike before and have to admit I was a bit scared when I rode against it. After the first attempt the fear was gone and it felt wonderful. Really nice to know I can bunny hop that high with my cruiser now!

  • Bmx riding, gymming, chillin’ with my family

This week has been awesome so far. Bmx riding, gymming, chillin’ with my family and eating has been on the schedule so far. All this in my fabulous town Gothenburg! It feels good to finally focus on strength, two weeks til next race!

Above you see a small silent edit. Unfortunately I just had a few takes at this bohemian spot before my batteri died.

  • Had some great days in Stockholm

Had some great days in Stockholm. Began the training camp with Björn Berglund at Älvsjö, where we had a fun time riding. The following day we went to Skogås for some trails and park riding, so much fun to ride that again. It went better than expected and some of my old street moves were still there.

The last day we went to Märsta and rode on that track with Mathias Andersson, Oskar Åberg and Sebastian Matamoros who gave us some good advices on bike and off.

My riding that day felt nice and controlled. Björn did the best jump of the day when he jumped a double we talked about in the past, I didn’t feel ready for it yet though.

Above you can see an edit from Skogås, whoopp.

  • Just arrived in Malmö for a little gathering

Just arrived in Malmö for a little gathering with friends and yesterday I took the opportunity to ride a session on the track down here. A really fun, small and tight track. There’s one jump on that track that I wanted to practice on but unfortunately it was too windy so I couldn’t, longing for next time.

I also shot some quick video clips so here is Warface edit 02.

  • A message from Rick Moliterno at Standard Byke Co

Reading some old school mags in the car on the way home to Gothenburg!

This week I have only had some ultra light exercise such as stretching, manuals and other technical stuff…

Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to compete in NM in Denmark so instead I’m meeting up with our team for a training camp in Stockholm in about a week.

A really cool thing happened over the weekend, I got a message from Rick Moliterno at Standard Byke Co. He congratulated me on my results with the bike this year, really dope! For those of you who don’t know, I ride with a black standard RC125 cruiser frame!

  • Warface

Yes as said before, still sick but it starts to decrease now! Went to the track in Kungsbacka yesterday for a light session and some filming. It felt really nice, top shape!

Made a quick edit of my riding yesterday as you can see above, enjoy 🙂
