§1 General
All prices include VAT at 25 percent. We reserve the right for any printing or typographical errors. We also reserve to the item you ordered may be out due to errors availability. We notify the same or the next day if that is the case.
§2 Payment
We offer three different payment methods.
1. Online Payment, Paypal – Smooth, easy and secure. Cost: Free! You pay securely with your card. We use the latest technology for maximum security.
2. Swish – Smooth, easy and secure. Cost: Free!
3. Invoice – The invoice is sent via e-mail by or in connection with your order. The credit period is 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. On some occasions it may be offered longer credit in the form of, for example, a promotion (buy now pay later, deferred payment, etc.). If it offered longer credit in the form of eg a campaign communicated this at the time of purchase and the choice of payment method at checkout and on the invoice sent out. There is an invoice fee of 29 SEK. If you do not pay your bill or pay late sent out a reminder and then will be a reminder fee of 50 SEK. It comes with a default interest on the amount due (presently 28.8%). If payment is not received after a reminder sent to the claim transferred to the collection agency or debt collection.
§3 Delivery
We ship all our packages by mail. Because of that we often are traveling and are a small company so we can guarantee that the goods sent from us within 8 days. But our goal is obviously to send the same day as the order comes in.
Packages not picked out we charge 250 SEK (500 SEK for outside of Sweden) for not picked up package to cover our costs. If you ordered a product and change your mind after we sent your package, you must return the package, if you will not be charged 250kr (500 SEK for outside of Sweden). Obviously, you get back what the item cost you.
§4 Right of withdrawal
No business is complete before you received your goods, tried it out and approved them. Therefore, you have a full 30 days right on everything so long as the item is unused and in new condition, which means that you can get your money back if you are not completely satisfied.
§5 Safety
We use Paypal, swish and banktransfer, three safe ways to pay.
§6 Personal Data
dwbtoftshit! is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer to us. These data can be used to give you information about dwbtoftshit.com, and for newsletter and other marketing purposes. No information will be disclosed. Information will only be used by dwbtoftshit!. Do you want to correct some information or be removed from the register, just contact us.
§ 7 Force Majeure
dwbtoftshit! is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under the above, if the failure is due to release factor as described below and the fact prevent, hinder or delay performance. As the liberating factor to be considered among others. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of significant size. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions in the indication, warnings, ban on sale, etc., as well as abnormal decline in the market.
